It has come to my
attention that the index in the first printing of The
Silent Don is off. When I laid out the book into this
new software program I got for indexing, it failed to
account for blank and picture pages. So any index
entries before p.117 are 10 pages off, and any pages
after 117 are 22 pages off (e.g. a reference for page 93
will be on p.83, a reference for p.193 will be on p.171)
In the upcoming weeks I
will make a new index available on the website for
download.
This problem will be
corrected for the second printing. Sorry for any
inconvenience.
